Vitamin "C" smoothie
A) Lemon Fruit Passion Smoothie Recipe
(serves 2)
Ingredients:
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 mangoes
2 handfuls of raspberries
150ml pure apple juice
Method-
This quick free fruit smoothie recipe is simple to make. Place the mangoes, raspberries, lemon and apple juice into the blender. Blend for approximately 45 seconds, serve and enjoy.
B) Orange Twist Smoothie Recipe
(serves 1)
Ingredients:
1 large juicy orange,
peeled1 juicy pear,
cored & choppedapprox 200g red or black grapes
1 lime slice
2 ice cubes
Method-
Place the orange, pear and grapes into blender, mix until smooth. Place ice cubes in a glass, then pour mixture over ice cubes. Garnish with the twist of lime. A simple and easy free smoothie recipe.
C) Vitamin C Super Smoothie Recipe
(serves 2)
Ingredients:
1 large seedless oranges
2 Royal Gala apples
100gms low-fat peach yoghurt
1 tablespoon of plain cinnamon powder
Method-
To make this healthy smoothie recipe peel the orange leaving the white skin then slice the apples (leave the peel on but remove core). Put all ingredients into your blender and put the dash of cinnamon on top. Blend until smooth.
