cool smoothie recipe - mango

A) Mango and Ginger Smoothie Recipe
(serves 2)
8ogm low fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup of non-fat buttermilk
2 pieces of crystallized ginger (approx. 1 ounce)
2 ripe mango’s, peeled and chopped into small pieces½ cup of crushed ice
In the blender purée the fruit and ginger, scraping down the sides as necessary. Add the buttermilk, yogurt and ice and purée until smooth and frothy. Add crushed ice. Serve.

B) Mango Lassi Smoothie Recipe
(serves 4)
2 Mangos
2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
1/4 pint of milk
1 cup of ice
To make this free smoothie recipe just blend the mangos, yogurt, milk and ice together. Add sugar if you wish.

C) Triple Mango Smoothie Recipe
(serves 2)
2 medium sized cups of Brazil gourmet mango nectar
1 pint of mango sorbet
2 fresh, ripe mangos
Garnish: sprig of mint / slices of lime
To make this smoothie recipe just thaw the sorbet for 10 minutes to soften. Put all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth and thick
