smoothie-Watermelon


A) Watermelon Wave Smoothie Recipe
(serves 2)
Ingredients:
2 cups of cubed watermelon pieces (fresh or frozen)
1 cup of raspberries
2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream
Method-
To make this summer smoothie add fruit to the blender first, blend for approx 20 seconds or until your preferred texture. Next, add the ice-cream, blend again for approx. 20 seconds. Enjoy.
B) Cool Melon Smoothie Recipe
(serves 2)
Ingredients:
2 medium sized cups seedless watermelon
1/2 cup of natural yoghurt
1 tablespoon of sugar (optional)
1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon of almond extract (optional)
1 small cup of ice
Method-
Combine all ingredients in blender, blend for approx 40 seconds, pour into two glass and enjoy!


C) Cucumber and Tomato Blush Smoothie Recipe
(serves 2)
Ingredients:
1/2 a small cucumber
1/2 small cup of tomato juice
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
2 drops of Tabasco sauce
4 ice cubes
Method-
Roughly chop the cucumber then add it to your blender with the remaining ingredients. Blend until all ice is crushed.


D) Blushing Surprise Smoothie Recipe
(serves 2-3)
Ingredients:
1/2 medium cup of chopped cucumber
1/2 medium cup of chopped red bell pepper
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons chopped scallions
pinch of salt1
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)
Method-
Place all of the ingredients in the blender, blend for a total of 3 minutes (in 30 seconds blasts). Pour into a jug and chill for around 30 mins. When ready to serve pour into glass and enjoy
